Our back-illuminated 61.4-megapixel sensor resolves individual feather barbs at fifty metres, holds fifteen stops of dynamic range through dawn mist, and reads out fast enough to freeze a kingfisher mid-dive with zero distortion.

Predator-grade autofocus

Locked on. Instinctively.

1,053 cross-type points trained on more than forty animal species. The X1's AI subject engine finds the eye of a raptor against a busy canopy, tracks it through wingbeats, and holds focus at 20 frames per second — down to −6EV moonlight.

Sealed against everything

The weather is not your problem.

Magnesium-alloy chassis. Eighty-seven weather seals. Rated from −20°C tundra to 45°C river delta, in monsoon rain and blowing dust. The X1 keeps shooting long after the storm has emptied the hide.

5-axis stabilization

Still as the hunt itself.

Eight and a half stops of in-body stabilization — the sensor floats on a magnetic gimbal that corrects pitch, yaw, roll and shift a thousand times per second. Handhold a 600mm at 1/15s from a rocking boat. It just works.
